Anniversary of Ziegler und Aulbach Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH

On 29.09.2023 the festivities on the occasion of the tenth anniversary of ZAI Ziegler und Aulbach Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH took place in the Ridinger Hall of Johannisburg Castle in Aschaffenburg.

After welcoming the guests during a champagne reception and the first interesting conversations, the official event started with entertaining presentations by Prof. Ziegler and Prof. Aulbach, who talked about the beginnings of ZAI in 2013, its development up to the present day and some selected projects. Afterwards, Dr. Koppmann introduced the principle and potential of thermally activated sheet piles.

After a show performance by magician "Magic Eduardo", the event continued with guest lectures by Roland Jörger (formerly Bilfinger), Prof. Dietmar Adam from the Vienna University of Technology and Martin Feinendegen (academic director at the Institute of Geomechanics and Underground Technologies at RWTH Aachen University). In their entertaining and interesting presentations, the speakers reported from different perspectives about their first encounters and their consistently positive cooperation with ZAI.

With a rich buffet and accompanied by cool drinks, the social part was initiated in the premises of the Aschaffenburg castle, before the evening ended in the cult restaurant "Schlappeseppel".

The whole team of ZAI was very pleased to have celebrated 10 successful years of ZAI together with numerous guests and would like to thank you for a successful afternoon and convivial evening, many nice conversations and beautiful moments!
