Lecture by Dr. Koppmann at the Institute for Soil Mechanics and Rock Mechanics at KIT 

As part of the geotechnical seminar series at the Institute of Soil Mechanics and Rock Mechanics at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), Dr. Koppmann gave a lecture on 20.07.2023 focusing on "Exploiting near-surface geothermal energy by thermally activated steel sheet piles - from research to practical application". In his presentation, he provided information on the basic principle of the thermal activation of sheet piles, the results of a research project and the practical application in pilot and field projects.
