ZAI GmbH Strategy Workshop

On the first weekend of February, the management team of ZAI gathered in Oberstdorf to review the past fiscal year and sharpen the company’s strategic direction for the future.

In addition to focused work sessions and constructive discussions, there was also time for physical activity: with excellent weather conditions, the team made the most of the perfectly groomed slopes on skis and snowboards.
