ZAI with an exhibition booth at the 38th Baugrundtagung in Bremen, Germany

The 38th Baugrundtagung took place in Bremen from 25.09.-27.09.2024. At the conference of the German Society for Geotechnics (DGGT), visitors were able to gather information on current topics from the fields of geotechnics and foundation engineering during the scientific lecture program as well as in the accompanying trade exhibition and had the opportunity to network with colleagues.

At the cooperation booth of ZAI Ziegler und Aulbach Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH and FET Future Energy Technologies PLC, the possibilities and potentials of thermally activated sheet pile walls were presented. The functional principle of the energy sheet pile wall and the retrofit elements could be vividly explained using two mockups. In addition, ZAI provided information on its entire range of services including consulting and second view, expert opinions, claim management, planning and calculation as well as professional education.

Just like at last Baugrundtagung in Wiesbaden, former students of the Chair of Geotechnics at RWTH Aachen University met at the ZAI booth for their meanwhile traditional whiskey tasting at the get-together.

We are already looking forward to Baugrundtagung 2026 in Leipzig.
